Hi
can anybody tell me or help me with a problem I have. I have a new account setup but also an old account with two numbers that I use. I was told it was possible to transfer numbers across to new account by one advisor before I setup new account and now being told this is not possible by an advisor as the old account is a nick name account. Surely this can be done by customer service for me so I can setup a family account and get discounts. The other two numbers on old account are on my old family account but I cannot seem to disband that as well.
Any ideas.

Not sure if I have misunderstood here, so apologies if I have it wrong.
Can you not form a group and 'invite' the new one into the group? You would get 10% discount on all of the group (unless they are currently on a special offer, in which case there's no discount)
