@TaraIah_1582073 You should have activated the Smarty sim by buying a plan. Once it is active, you will see that on your account dashboard - it shows what you bought.
You may need to wait a little while for it to activate. You may also need to turn your phone off and on to get the sim to register on the network with the new number you now have.
