@Timmy1974 Your phone is 'remembering the first number that was on the sim.

You may be able to change the number within your Settings on the phone. If not, then a Network Reset in Settings should do it.

There is no contact number for help (Smarty would probably give you similar advice anyway). All contact with Smarty Support is via web chat initially - this keeps costs down.

No problem is ongoing. It is a brand new phone. And a brand new sim card.

@Timmy1974  What I meant was that your phone is 'seeing' the original number allocated to the sim upon activation. A Network Reset usually corrects this.

Hi when i go on RCS Settings its showing the number what came with the new sim card. Not my number i asked to be transported. I cant show a screenshot sorry.

@Timmy1974 So, I've suggested a Network Reset (twice).....or contact Smarty Support via web chat - has either of those worked for you?

If you're referring to the number shown in Settings > About phone:
This number is automatically generated by your SIM card and is not manually adjustable in settings. If it's incorrect or missing, you may need to refresh your network settings with your mobile provider, restart your phone, or request a SIM swap from your high street store.
