Hi, I can not use the Tesco Banking app with my phone (Samsung Galaxy A52s), and today having spoken to the Tesco Banking helpline, they have sent me a text containing a password re-set code, which hasn't come through to my mobile number? They suggested that I contact my provider to see if there is an issue between my provider and the use of the Tesco app? Can you please help?

@Michael_1423323 If they are relying on short-code texts, then Smarty do not currently support that. There have been a large number of posts about this recently.
