Terrible phone connection and internet

Phone will drop out mid conversation, will not connect when dialling out. I use WiFi calling thats awful too. Internet 4G/5G terrible connection. My grandad has the same issues 2 miles away at home. She has an iPhone and I use android. Tried all the tip but still **bleep** awful considering it's piggyback to Three

Sounds like it's time to leave SMARTY and use another service provider, @PhilBoo_2709592. 

At least there's no early termination fee.

@PhilBoo_2709592  Not sure what advice members can offer you other than to try another network.

I'm assuming that you did a coverage check before joining and also have tried the phone outside your home to eliminate issues with  your property.
