If you contact Support team via web chat and have evidence that money has left your bank account, I'm sure that they can look into your account and sort it quickly.
The main thing is...does your Smarty plan work now? If so, then it is active and means that you have paid for it. also look at your dashboard on the Smarty webpage login.
