Why isn my number being transferred. I have sent PAc PAc code ect 4 time

@AllanJo_2247302  When you completed the request, you would have been given a date for the transfer. Transfers do not happen over weekends or bank holidays.

If you feel that this transfer should have happened already, you should start a web chat with the Support Team who can investigate your account to see what has happened.

We are forum members like you and so cannot see your details.

@AllanJo_2247302 How did you complete the transfer request? Online dashboard or through the app? Numbers only transfer on business days (Monday-Friday) between 8am-5pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays). In some cases it could take longer, however its usually the next day from when the request was sent. They will keep you informed of the progress.

If you're also having problems with using the PAC code (as you mention you sent it 4 times) I would suggest getting in touch using the web chat to see if they can look into it.
