Hello @Mogomots_702177 . Not exactly sure what you mean here. Has your WhatsApp account been hacked?

Can you change the account password and then sign out? You could report it to WhatsApp and close down the account and then perhaps start a new one.

Smarty have no part in this of course as they only provide your network cover.

Have you contacted WhatsApp about this @Mogomots_702177? 
I'd suggest getting assistance from WhatsApp, because SMARTY only provide the Internet connection needed in order to use WhatsApp on your handset.
