Still waiting for my number to be transferred

Hi there - I am desperately waiting for SMARY to transfer my old phone number, I requested a few days ago and it's still not done. Originally it was supposed to be complete by the end of 29th June 5:03 pm I have checked today and it is going 01/06/2023 - I do not have any way of making calls. Please help. My SIM card is not in the phone yet as I was told to hold fire putting it in until the number is transferred. Thank you.

@veenzy  Remember that transfers do not take place over weekends or bank holidays.

I can’t see why you should not put the sim in the phone and start using it. True, it will show a strange number calling, but should work fine,
