Smarty lost transfer number

Hello I transferred my number that I've had for 30 years from sky mobile to smarty. 

Thr PAC number was accepted as sky mobile cancelled my account without me contacting them.

My smarty account said the number has been received and is in process of being transferred which would be completed yesterday 

But on chat they say the request to transfer my number has never been received despite my saying over and over about the message on my account 

It's also showing as transferring over to a number and plan  I've never set up and received a SIM card for 

I'm concerned that the number has been lost and I'm also unable to do 3 step verification on accounts I need

@LeanneMo_636826 You are going to need to raise a Complaint if the Support team cannot sort it.

Assuming that you did activate a sim, then your Account Dashboard will show the random number allocated to that sim.

Did they send you an email confirmation?

You say that they deny receiving a transfer request, but you also say they are transferring to another number - can you clarify?
