SMARTY directions on using Android phone in EU

The directions for using phone in Europe are totally irrelevant to my Google Pixel 6. Has anyone else found this? Or the solution?

All you need to do is change the APN in your phone to “mob.asm.net”

if unsure how to do this, google it, or consult your phone’s manual.
