Smarty are taking money from my account but telling me I don't have funds. What's going on?

You would have to chat to Smarty support and ask them.

@AnthonyW_729895  It is as advised by @SmartyTrousers . Ion addition, check your account dashboard  - they would normally take money for a plan each month on auto-renew, but you would not see that as 'funds'.

Did you order an add on? Only three might you expect to see funds.
