You can't. If you've forgotten your password just use the facility to reset it on the login screen.
Edit: wait a minute.. you literally must have been logged in to post here in the first place.

I'm paying £10 per month for a phone that is currently with the police under investigation for evidence and on that phone contains the smarty passwords
This is due is a divorce situation, I no longer living at that address
I have opened another account with a different number and new address
The process to get help from you was so stressful i brought another sim but still require a mirror sim from my original phone contact and number

We did not create the stress.
Your situation is more complex if the police have your phone - you can stop the payments if you wish - as was stated already, you must be in your account to be posting here.
