Social Tariff

Two weeks ago, I applied for the ST due to being on UC.  It said that someone would respond with 48 hours with confirmation.  No one got back to me.

A week ago, I again applied, got the same message and am still waiting for someone to contact me.

Just wondering if this is the usual Smarty response?

    Hi PennineAcute sorry to hear you haven't heard back about this yet. If you have completed the application then you should receive confirmation of this. 

    I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team so they can confirm whether you've been switched to the social tariff. https://smarty.co.uk/contact
