Social tariff
I am trying to sign up for social tariff as I am eligible via pension credit. When it asks me 'Already with Smarty?', I confirm but the chat bot asking me to confirm my details and provide proof of eligibility does not pop up. What do I do next?

STEPHEN_1889162 Why not web chat with Smarty Support if you are not seeing the expected thing?
