Why when I sent a friend referral SIM to my Girlfriend you didn't offer her the same offer I have ( unlimited data, calls and texts for £15) when she inserted her SIM the best you offered was (180gb data, unlimited calls and texts £15) But you offer the unlimited plan on your website for £15?

Looking at Smarty website now, the price for Unlimited is currently £20. If you got it cheaper on an offer, then she won't necessarily get that price if the offer is no longer available. You may find that a better offers available via a third party site and she could buy it there if it's better.

I've looked and agree with @MSF - the unlimited plan is currently £20 if you get it direct on the Smarty website.

Special offers are often available via third party websites such as uSwitch and Money Saving Expert, and I can confirm that both of those sites are currently offering the unlimited plan for £15.

If your girlfriend chats to support and tells them she's seen the £15 offer on uSwitch and Money Saving Expert, they will probably be able to put her on that offer from when her plan next renews. To get these offers right from the start she would have had to sign up via one of these sites instead of a referral.
