Simcard connection

Bought sim card for my router in my motorhome 

Inserted card but cant get connection router says device locked ?

Any suggestions please

Hi @Malcolm_2041071  Is the device definitely locked to a network, or is it asking for a password?

Can you check documentation from the manufacturer?
