I've tried to pay numerous times I've Bern cut of speaking to someone it's very frustrating

SMARTY don't offer telephone support for customers @JulieCo_1628473.
To pay SMARTY Mobile, you'll need an online account, which allows you pay for a plan, or buy an out-of-plan add-on.
Users in the SMARTY community cannot access customer account information, or indeed explain why a payment method has failed - anyway, good luck @JulieCo_1628473.

If you have tried to pay on a number of occasions, it may be that your credit/debit card has been blocked as a security measure. Can you check your account online? - I realise that you may end up hanging on for ages if you try to telephone a bank or credit card company.
