Hi
I received two sims. One I have put in my phone and it’s fine. The other I put in my router and it won’t connect to internet. What am I doing wrong

@Christo_2205139 You have activated one sim and that's fine - all good!
The second sim cannot be used at the same time unless you activate it and pay for another Smarty plan. Ideally, it is intended for you to give to one of your contacts so that they can join Smarty. You can send them a link so that you both get a welcome £10 I believe.
