Can some one help me please I was trying to renew my monthly plan and it’s bought me a new sim so now I have no Wi-Fi and a another sim on the way that I don’t need help please

@UrsulaN_1966504 If you have ordered a replacement sim, then your sim has been suspended for your security (it is usually because a customer has lost a sim or had a phone stolen, but also if a sim breaks).
I think that you should have a web chat with the Support team to see if they can sort it for you.
If you put your plan on auto-renew for the future, you will not need to renew manually. Hope that helps.
