Sim not working

I transferred my old number from o2 and activated my sim. I activated sim and also received email trat transfer is completed, my old som card stopped working. I put my new sim from smarty and its not working l, i checked settings, reset phone few times and is still not working. What should I do now? I dont have active phone and I really need it. Who can help me? If smarty js not working then I would like to choose another operator but would need to keep my number

Does your SMARTY SIM card work in another handset, @Malgorz_2638094

Perhaps your SMARTY plan is paused, or has expired.

When you say your phone isn't working..... can make/receive calls and are you able to text and use data? Are you in the Midlands? Is the make/model of your phone supported by SMARTY? 
I ask this as SMARTY recently turned off their 3G network.
Unless your phone has the capability/ability for WiFi calling /VoLTE and it is enabled then you will not be able to make/receive calls (but you can still text and use data). 
If this is the case then it may be down to the reason I have outlined in a post I made with regards to this problem......
