So..... I lost my phone, i ordered a replacement sim and they put my account on hold till it came, I reactivated my account with my new handset but I still have no calls, texts or data. I try make a call and I get a notification saying 'Not registered on network" sim does not work in other handsets but other sims do work in my new handset so I know its a sim issue. Any suggestions?
