If you have activated the SIMs (which I guess you have) has the payments gone through (both according to your bank, and showing on you account profile)?
It might be worth doing a system reset, and/or rebooting your phone, to see if this joggs the system into action.
If this does no good, it's probably best to contact a Smarty Agent via Webchat. They would be able to see what has happened from the viewpoint of your account.
As customers using the Smart forum, most of us can't access your account.

@ArashGH_1189702 Presumably you have two accounts then - one sim on each.
If you look at the account dashboard, then any active sim will show a mobile number and also any current Smarty plan.
If there are still problems, you will need a web chat with the Support Team.
