Hi, I've twice submitted requests for a new SIM delivery but it's been over two weeks and I've received neither.
Smarty's lack of 1. Contact details and 2. Tracked delivery just exacerbates the issue and now I have no where to turn to. The delivery address is correct.
I don't want to turn to an alternative provider, as I like the Smarty product, but what am I supposed to do??

@RichardM_551332 Maybe not the perfect solution, but could you buy a sim from a supermarket?
Have you also checked that in your Account Dashboard your address appears correctly?
Contact details for Smarty - they can be contacted via web chat, email or a letter to their offices.
Tracked delivery - probably too expensive for an item with little intrinsic value?
