Sim not delivered - again!
Hi, I've twice submitted requests for a new SIM delivery but it's been over two weeks and I've received neither. Smarty's lack of 1. Contact details and 2. Tracked delivery just exacerbates the issue and now I have no where to turn to. The delivery address is correct. I don't want to turn to an alternative provider, as I like the Smarty product, but what am I supposed to do??1.1KViews0likes4Comments
