I have activated a SIM card for the £20  unlimited offer but it’s saying a SIM card will be sent out, can I use the SIM card I already have

Hi @TobyPik_2600399 hopefully you managed to get this sorted but you would have either needed to wait for the SIM you ordered online to arrive and use that or alternatively, get in touch with our customer support team so they could reassign the SIM you have or help you to cancel your order and set up the SIM you already have
