Help, I inserted my SIM card & registered all relevant info. I’ve done all that’s been mentioned. On my phone it still says no SIM card. I tried in my own phone & still nothing. How do I get a new SIM card sent to me??

@JanineW_3390835 Firstly, check yourAccount Dashboard to see if there is an active sim showing.
If there is, and you are sure the sim is in the phone correctly, then you can order a Replacement Sim from smarty (with the same number and plan and requiring specific activation).
