SIM Activation

Moving to Smarty. SIM card & date I asked to be activated have arrived. I'm bringing my current phone number with me. 

Followed the activation instructions. Can't log into the app at all. Keeps saying there's been an error, try logging out then start again. When I login in on a desktop there's nothing to click to activate and it's showing a different phone number for the sim on the page.

@AdelePr_3138534  I think that the number showing when you log in to your account on the desktop is the random number that is allocated when you first activate a sim.

Now that you can log in, does it show a current Smarty plan there? If so, try to make a call on your phone - the recipient will see the allocated number at least until your number has been ported across.
