Hi,
I have purchased two Samsung, one for my partner and one for myself. As the purchaser I have activated my partners sim using the app. Because I have done that it will not allow me to activate my sim on the same app.
I have spoken to Smarty, but they could not advise. Has anyone else faced this issue and how did you get past this?
Thanks in advance
Ronnie

@PaulRei_2882377 If you are trying to activate more than on sim on the same email, that will only work if you form a group and add the second sim as a 'nickname' sim; this will give limited access to the account features.
If your partner starts her own account with an email, shouldn't be a problem.
May I suggest that you read this help article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/3417277-what-is-a-group-plan
