@PamelaY_2235989  Did you change the router to asm.mob.net? If not, nothing else will pick up internet access from that router.

Changing the APN on the phones/iPad will only ensure that they are capable of roaming if you use them overseas.

Hi, how do I change the router to asm.mob.net?

The correct value is "mob.asm.net", in lowercase, @PamelaY_2235989

You'll need to consult the user guide for your router, with the SMARTY Mobile SIM card. The manual should cover changing the router's APN value.

Otherwise, get in touch with TP Link for device support.

@PamelaY_2235989  You can get a copy of the manual here: https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/

Sometimes, if you type 192.168.1.1 into your browser address bar, it will take you to the home page for the router - the manual should give further info.

Are you roaming in an inclusive roaming destination, @PamelaY_2235989?

If you're not roaming within a designated SMARTY Mobile inclusive roaming destination, you'll need an out-of-plan add-on to use mobile data while roaming.

See the list of inclusive EU countries online at https://smarty.co.uk/roaming/europe.

I'm in Spain so roaming should be ok

The TP Link router will only work in Spain if the device is network unlocked, and if the APN value is "mob.asm.net" (in lowercase).

Usually, you can make this change using the web admin page for your mobile broadband router, via a connection to the device's Wi-Fi network.
