@AlisonT_1728722 This is not at all clear.
To move your account (I assume that you mean your mobile number) to EE, you would need to request a PAC code and then give it to EE and they would request the transfer from Smarty to EE,
If you explain some more, we may be able to give some form of help (even if it is only to refer you to smarty Support Team)
