Iphone cuts off when calling one iphone number on the the network only

My Iphone cuts off when calling one iphone number in my contact list only.
This only haappens when using  the network only. Is fine on wifi.  anyone know what to do? Driving me nuts!

@Michell_1895883 First thing worth a try - delete from Contacts and input the number. If it works, then you can store the number again.
