Hi, my sim has not arrived and it's been 2 weeks. I requested a replacement sim on 11th February. It's the third time that I've asked Smarty to help me get a replacement sim and it's never arrived. I genuinely don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a new sim and get setup again. l see every parcel that comes through my door. Their website is also glitching and logs me out every time I try to place an order for a replacement sim which means I have to go through the support chat and get an agent to order it for me. You can imagine the sheer frustration.
Is there an issue with smarty at the moment? Why on 3 occasions have I been unable to get simple SIM? I get all the emails that it's been dispatched but nothing ever arrives. Very unhappy.
