Retaining old number

Smarty are fecking useless. They received the correct oac code and previous number I wish to keep and still didn't manage to switch me. It appears they have done this to thousands of customers. I will not be continuing with this **bleep** company

I had 'problems' when porting over BUT that was because I changed around bank holiday, can't JohnPaws have a web chat with Smarty?
