what an awful experience trying to get a replacement sim card after my phone was stolen
1st day- all okay password was reset- got online to my account ordered a sim- perfect. This was monday
Come wednesday- still not here- come online get told my accounts actually suspended so wont be able to send a sim card- so he ordered me a new one.
Friday arrives- guess what- still not here. Speak to another person
telling me i have to pay on my account which i cant get on to because i need a sim to activeate but i cant activate a sim until i get one.
How hard is it for a company who will happily take your money every month to simply just send a sim card.
Best case scenario im looking at wednesday for a sim card 9 days after i asked for a replacement
I simply just want a sim card with my number- how hard is it
