Recharge is not working

I have recharge on 23 of June  but I haven't received my recharge I have paid £17  u do something or refund my money please

Hello @ElyanJar_647265 . Firstly, this is the Community Forum - you are not writing to Smarty and so we cannot arrange any refund.

If you paid £17 for a Smarty plan on 23 June, it should show on your account dashboard: https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/

If there is still some problem, you will need to start a web chat with Support Team to get it sorted.
