The first transfer of my number went (relatively) smoothly, at least compared to my partners. That took nearly two weeks, multiple emails and calls to smarty and then to be presented with a discount for the hassle of... £5, I told them not to bother.
We now have the worst network coverage I've ever had, not just in Glasgow but anywhere we have gone, as soon as you walk into a shop or any building it stops working, what is going on!?
In all seriousness, does anyone know of a reliable cheap provider?
