I have just reactivated an account under a special offer and account says my plan has been paused. I also need a repalcemen im before I can use this, how do I get started.

@pauljon_2397545 When you reactivated the account, was it perhaps after the 220 days? If so, the sim was deactivated and you would need to start again.
