My son and I both have a 6GB plan. A few days ago we upgraded to the Smarty promotion of 12GB for the price of 6GB. We received confirmation from Smarty that both had been set up. However my son has received notification from Smarty that payment has been made but the plan is still showing as 6GB on his account. My payment isn't due to be taken for a couple of weeks so I can't tell yet if mine has been amended.

How did you upgrade? Did you get an email confirming the plan change?
