Problem with buying out of plan add-on

Hello, I want to use my Smarty SIM card for international phone call to & from Thailand. I have searched and it says I can buy it on dashboard, while will show out of plan add-on. However, it is locked and I can’t proceed with it. Could you please solve this problem for me on how to buy out of plan add-on so that I could make or receive a phone call from UK in Thailand?

Hello @winwarphyo612  If your dashboard will not allow you to purchase an add on, then you need to webchat with Support Team so that they can look into your account.

You are right in saying that you need an add on to make international calls. Calls to Thailand will cost 19p per minute. Is it possible to use WhatsApp instead?
