!! Please help, I can't make or receive calls !!

Hi good afternoon, I have transferred my number over to you but I can't make or receive calls. The data works & I can send & receive text but I cannot make or receive calls at all.
 
Can you please help as I need to be reachable at all time for family health problems.

Have you checked that your phone is VoLTE compatible with Smarty now that 3G signal has been turned off in many places? https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible

Ensure the correct number is showing on the phone. Also Iโ€™d consider resetting the Network settings on the phone.

Hi, not sure if your problem has been fixed yet, I have encountered the same problem yesterday and below is my solution.

My phone is a Samsung Android phone. As you haven't mentioned which phone you are using, if your phone is not on the imcompatible list as mentioned in below replies and it's an Android phone, you may try below steps.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Search for "reset".
  3. There should be an option says "Reset network settings".
  4. Tap "Reset network settings".
  5. Tap "Reset settings".
  6. Wait for a minute and there will be a pop up says "Network settings reset."
  7. Restart your phone.

After doing this, the voice call function should work.

*IMPORTANT: Please note that by doing this all your Wifi and bluetooth settings will be reset also, so it's better to back up any Wifi password needed and any paired bluetooth device will need to be paired again.
