Ensure the correct number is showing on the phone. Also Iโd consider resetting the Network settings on the phone.

Hi, not sure if your problem has been fixed yet, I have encountered the same problem yesterday and below is my solution.
My phone is a Samsung Android phone. As you haven't mentioned which phone you are using, if your phone is not on the imcompatible list as mentioned in below replies and it's an Android phone, you may try below steps.
After doing this, the voice call function should work.
*IMPORTANT: Please note that by doing this all your Wifi and bluetooth settings will be reset also, so it's better to back up any Wifi password needed and any paired bluetooth device will need to be paired again.
