Plan change, upfront payment

I was thinking of changing my plan, I am asked to pay for this straight away, I’ve just payed for my current plan and have almost a month before it renews.

 

how does the payment work going forward?

@ScotMcK_1928328 Hmmm, don't quite understand that. If you now have a new plan, as far as I understand, you cannot start a new one until the current one ends.

If in doubt, have a web chat with Support Team to clarify.

my current plan has just renewed, I paid this yesterday, I was looking into changing this plan after my current month finishes, if I opt to do so it asks me to pay this. I presume the new plan would start when my current month finishes. I’m asking how the payments for this would work? If I payed upfront would my next payment be when the new plan renews again?

As @MSF says Any new plan AND payment amount would start when your current plan ends next month.
