Phoning Jersey

My android phone won't connect to a number in Jersey from the UK.

I thought it might be a data roaming issue, so my phone has mob.asm.net activated under "SMARTY Internet".  This allows for roaming.

But Jersey is not listed in the EU countries covered by SMARTY roaming, so it must be regarded as UK.  Why can't I connect?

@PhilipC_3143787 If you check the Price Guide, you will see that Channel Islands is in Group 1A and therefore charged s international. You need add on credit to pay for such calls.

Don't forget that roaming only applies to activity when you are OUTSIDE the UK.
