@Krzyszt_2630876 When you first activate a Smarty sim, it is allocated a random number.
If you then complete the request to port in your number, you need a PAC from the old network and smarty can arrange to move your number onto your new sim.
Sometimes, you need to change the number manually in your phone.
You can log into you account dashboard and it always shows the number that is associated with your account.
