ASHAAhm_2331633 You don't have any bills with Smarty. You buy a Smarty plan at the beginning of a month and then need to buy another when that month ends - or you can set your account to auto-renew each month.
If you want any extra services like international calls, short code texts, roaming outside the EU countries then you need to buy an add-on which stays as credit on your account for you to spend.
You do not therefore receive any bills that you need to pay.

Why is it so difficult to make a payment once your renewal fails
renew payment doesn’t allow you to make a direct payment straight away
my service will now be limited leave me with no data to make a payment which is what it will let you do once your service is cut off
then I have to connect to someone else’s Wi-Fi to make the payment I should of been able to make prior to it being cut of first or go and find a shop
does say it will try to make a payment in a few days but again in the meantime your cut off and if you find a shop to make payment will it cut of while your scanning bar code
surely it should have a pay now button so you don’t get cut off

Yes, why do they make it impossible just to pay the bill?? I understand that it failed -- my fault, sorry. But why can't I just go pay it once that happens? Why do we have to spend a couple of hours fighting the chatbot and queuing just to pay? Surely this is what businesses want -- for customers to give them money? Can Smarty not facilitate my giving them money?

JillBog_2080315 Sorry, but we have no idea what happened to cause this problem because we are mere forum members and cannot access accounts.
If you are saying that you have not been able to change the method of payment in your account, then only Smarty Support can sort that for you.

DanHolb_2417020 As you are posting here, you must have some access to wifi or broadband.
If the system is not letting you make a payment, try a web chat with Smarty Support and perhaps they can clear the 'blockage' on your account.
