Why is it so difficult to make a payment once your renewal fails
renew payment doesn’t allow you to make a direct payment straight away
my service will now be limited leave me with no data to make a payment which is what it will let you do once your service is cut off
then I have to connect to someone else’s Wi-Fi to make the payment I should of been able to make prior to it being cut of first or go and find a shop
does say it will try to make a payment in a few days but again in the meantime your cut off and if you find a shop to make payment will it cut of while your scanning bar code
surely it should have a pay now button so you don’t get cut off
DanHolb_2417020 As you are posting here, you must have some access to wifi or broadband.
If the system is not letting you make a payment, try a web chat with Smarty Support and perhaps they can clear the 'blockage' on your account.
