Over payment

I have been over charged again this month on my auto repayment .

    JulieCha_854294  So, that's either because you have chosen the wrong plan or because a special offer price has not been applied.

    Start by checking your account dashboard to see what plan you have. If you think the price is wrong, have a web chat with Smarty Support team so that they can put it right for you.
