I have added my son on my plan and I want to pause his plan, but when I used the app to pause plan it says I have no payment method added but his bill is payed for by myself. How do I pause it?

@KristyH_2445264 I suggest logging in via the website rather than the app.
If that still doesn't work, you will need a web chat with smarty Support so that they can check your account.
