@AndreaC_1235224 Quite a few people have experienced this according to a quick Google search. Seems linked to plans being considered PAYG rather than contract.
Probably best to have a web chat with Support Team to see if there is any update.

You're not attempting to pair your watch to your phone, you're attempting to setup a cellular mobile service which isn't possible with SMARTY. Cellular mobile services are only offered by the main providers EE/O2/Vodafone and THREE. Also, there is an additional monthly fee of around £10 when adding it to you existing plan.
