@Stewart_2469070 Did you already have an active sim when you bought the plan? If not, then the system assumes that you need one and is sending it out.
If you already had an active sim, perhaps a web chat with Support Team will sort this out for you.

I just paid for a plan but it doesn't show, I can't make a phone call but the money as been taken from my bank account
